Our experiments are also focused on creating edible products, such as salts, chocolates, coffee and honey, which become a part of our proposal in gastronomic concepts.
These products are inspired by the different natural areas of Peru, and some of them reflect traditions that we are interested in making visible. Thanks to alliances with different producers, we have been able to access several inputs.
