Daniel Quintero is a gastronomic communicator born in Venezuela, he worked for more than twenty years for the food industry in his country in marketing and R&D teams, he moved to Peru in 2015 where he studied gastronomy, worked in kitchens of different styles, allowing him to have a 360º view of the industry.
