77% Chocolate Bar

We work with Cuzco’s cocoa, of an original variety known as Chuncho, which is collected and fermented in Quillabamba (upper jungle), in highland forests –at more than 1000 metres above sea level-. The remainder of a thoughtful production process is carried out in the chocolate workshop of Mil.

These bars are made 77% of cocoa from Quillabamba, Cusco, and 23% sugar.
