Mater Coffee

Mater Iniciativa and Coffee Expert Harrysson Neira have visited various Peruvian regions in search of producers who grow and process high quality coffee and guarantee consistency and a vision of sustainability that is close to ours.

Our first coffee is produced by the Rubio family from Finca San Francisco located in Jaén, Cajamarca (north central Peru). Here we find a Tabi variety coffee that is grown between 1700 to 1850 meters above sea level. Café Neira has been in charge of the processing and quality control. We are interested in continuing to build alliances with these producer families who share our philosophy.
