OTUBER

The red O-tuber is an alcoholic drink based on red goose. A beautiful colored tuber with a high concentration of nutrients and antioxidants, which grows at 3740 meters above sea level in the Cusco region.

Produced by Manuel Choqque, an agronomist from Cusco who from his family farm in Huatata, Chinchero is dedicated to the cultivation and development of different varieties of native potatoes and other Andean tubers such as oca. To make this drink, Manuel uses an ancestral process of fermentation, clarification, decantation and rest.
