Integration and development
The Mater team manages relationships with communities, coordinating social and operational aspects to build and maintain bonds of trust and mutual cooperation. Through workshops, training sessions, meetings, and shared activities, the area supports 110 people in their various roles on a daily basis.
We develop protocols tailored to the characteristics of each group to ensure fairness both within each group and among all, and we promote an environment of reciprocity. As part of our purpose of integration and development, we support and train individuals so that they can integrate and thrive autonomously in formal systems and manage everyday procedures, such as those related to banking systems.
What are the communities and associations?
The members of the K’acllaraccay and Mullak’as Misminay communities form the rotating service team for MIL and the chacra.
In collaboration with the Arts and Culture area, the Humanities team manages residency projects and product development with the Riqch’ary Ch’aska Artisan Association, the Warmis Collective, the Maras K’ampa Association, and the Cóndor Phuru Association.
